Project Associate/Mission: Graduate

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Support the projects that are defined Mission: Graduate’s Collaborative Action Networks and Community Support Councils
Actively engage with Network and Council members to work on projects
Conduct research, synthesize and research findings, share findings with community partners, and make recommendations, identifying gaps, and highlighting priorities regarding action plan details.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Project Associate will work directly with the members of the Collaborative Action Networks and Community Support Councils in the form of consultation, facilitation, and/or data analysis to build these groups’ internal capacity to effectively work together on improving the specific outcomes of the defined action plans.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Flexibility, independence, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to working in team settings
• Exercises tact and good judgment.
• Compiles information and prepare reports.
• Effective time manager
• Must be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Must possess a valid New Mexico driver’s license
