Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

UWCNM is seeking a Project Associate to join our Mission: Graduate team. The successful candidate is a highly qualified professional able to provide administrative and task-based support to ensure that projects are completed well and in a timely fashion.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position supports the Director of Collective Impact by providing project-related support for all collaborative projects. S/he will be able to provide assistance in the form of calendar and database support, meeting coordination and logistical support, project management and progress assessment, material development, and regular communication with Network and Council members. The position also supports the Executive Director with scheduling and other administrative needs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Candidate should have a demonstrated, strong and effective communication skill including the ability to take high-quality notes in meetings. Candidate must be able to: work in a team environment, with minimal supervision; produce high-quality work and provide quality service; build and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships; develop clear project plans and timelines; communication with community partners/stakeholders; and monitor progress to meet agreed deadlines.

How to Apply: 

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience working in an administrative, quality improvement, and/or project coordinator role, and experience with utilizing continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes and methodology.
