Main Areas of Responsibility:
NACA Inspired Schools Network (NISN) will train leaders in NACA's school model to open quality schools in Native communities. The Program Support Specialist directly supports the Executive Director and NISN Staff. Duties include logistics; creating organizational systems; completing reports; meeting deadlines for program coordination and implementation; assisting in facilities and personnel logistics. Three years of experience in a related position is required and a master's degree is preferred.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Under supervision of the Executive Director, the Program Support Specialist will: manage the Executive Director's calendar; coordinate and prepare materials and logistics for NISN meetings/events; handle purchasing and invoices; manage event planning and logistics through external vendors; create annual work plan and quarterly goals; provide support to the NISN staff; serve as a community liaison for the network; create marketing pieces; and manage grant and fiscal reporting.
