Program Support Assistant (Farmington)

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Interview and assess qualifications of program applicants, determine eligibility using program guidelines, and conduct outreach activities including, recruitment, program awareness, and presentations for a Native American serving workforce development and training program.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Also, will establish and maintain professional partnerships and relationships within local and regional community. Provides office support to job developer and field office manager. Salary: $10.57 to $15.38 /hour. Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance. Retirement plan. Paid time off.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School Diploma or equivalent at a minimum, Associates or post-secondary certificate/diploma in human services or other related field preferred. Comfortable speaking to large groups. Experience in interviewing and conducting intakes. Must have problem solving skills, be able to pay attention to detail, and be able to multi-task. Must have experience working with the Native American/Alaska Native Community.
