Main Areas of Responsibility:
The primary function is to ensure that volunteers and children are appropriately enrolled and matched while exhibiting good judgement using BBBS standards. A high-level of customer service, focus on child safety and volunteer options.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Conduct volunteer enrollments, client enrollments (parent/child), child safety, reference checks, assessments, identify and eliminate any barriers interfering with completion of enrollment process. Review all information and assessments and make recommendations. High degree of collaboration with staff members.
