Program Specialist Lead

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This role is responsible for leadership and enrollment. They will also help contact, assess, and support volunteer mentors, parents, and youth in meaningful relationships in Santa Fe County.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist with interviews and also:
- Conduct background checks
- Provide match support, case management, community outreach, and recruitment
- Oversee school based programs

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree, strong oral and written communication skills, experience with technical databases and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with diverse cultures, youth, and families desired. One year supervisory experience; Flexible schedule; Some irregular hours and travel necessary.
