Support to the implementation of CHI programs, goals, objectives and service contracts; provides planning, training and/or technical assistance related to program goals and objectives; ability to develop, adapt and implement curricula appropriate for targeted audiences, understands and applies adult learning principles; coordinates, schedules and performs daily operations of the program(s).
