Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The FVRx Specialist will work in close collaboration with the COPE Food Access, Training and Outreach, and MEQ team to implement and sustain the Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program (FVRx) throughout Navajo Nation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The FVRx Specialist will lead the continued development and overall organization of the program work plan and implementation in collaboration with affiliated COPE programs. The FVRx Specialist will act as the lead contact and coordinator between all stakeholders (ex. Clinical FVRx Site Teams, supporting partners and COPE programs).

Other Information/Requirements: 

The FVRx Specialist will lead and/or supervise the coordination of FVRx trainings, events and workshops. The FVRx Specialist will have one direct report and an intern. The Specialist will manage the FVRx budget.
