Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Big Brothers Big Sisters is looking for a community focused energetic team player to join our program team. Program tasks include interviewing, conducting background checks, providing match support, conducting research surveys, case management, training, community outreach, and recruitment. The Program Specialist will work closely with the Spanish speaking population of Northern New Mexico and will require strong Spanish speaking skills.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Experience with diverse populations preferred. Bachelor’s degree, exemplary customer service, experience working with youth and families, technical skills with databases and Microsoft office suite, strong oral and written communication skills, and problem solving abilities. Some irregular hours and travel necessary.
