Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Help contact, assess, and support volunteer mentors, parents, and youth in meaningful relationships in Santa Fe County. Flexible schedule. Some irregular hours and travel necessary.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

- Assist with interviews
- Conduct background checks
- Provide match support, case management, community outreach, and recruitment

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree, strong oral and written communication skills, experience with technical databases and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in Spanish, experience working with diverse cultures, youth, and families desired. Read more at http://www.bbbsmountainregion.org/careers
