Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The program manager supports Henderson House residents in their goal to achieve self-sufficiency. The program manager is part of an interdisciplinary support team including the case manager and program director. The team works together to assist residents with implementing their independent development plan goals in order to move into permanent housing.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Day-to-day program management, Support of Residents, Volunteer Recruitment and Coordination, and Resource Development.
