Main Areas of Responsibility: 

St. Martin's Hospitality Center is looking for an independently licensed social worker or therapist (LISW, LPCC) to manage residential treatment program for recovery from substance use. This therapeutic milieu is an apartment complex with clients on site and a resident manager for evenings. However, staff will occasionally have non-traditional hours to ensure clients have programming on evenings and weekends. This position will manage a therapist and 2 CSW's.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Masters' level, independent licensure (LISW, LCSW, LPCC)
May consider LMSW with extensive SUD experience
Previous management experience required
Must have numerous years’ experience in SUD treatment
LADAC helpful but not required and independent licensure is required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Evidence based, best practices used for this one of a kind residential center that provides these services for the homeless at no cost to them. Client stay is 9 months or more, as needed, to ensure success and great outcomes for our clients.
