Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Program Outreach, Site Management, Coach Management and Training, Website Management, Curriculum and Equipment Management

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Attending Board Meetings, Working with Executive Director to Manage the Budget and Administrative Tasks, Visiting Program Sites for the After School Program, Managing Social Media Sites

Other Information/Requirements: 

College degree required (Bachelor's degree or higher preferred), Passion for the GOTR mission, Outstanding communication skills, Ability to multitask and make efficient decision, Adaptable team player, Data and systems management skills, Experience in grant writing or fundraising preferred, available occasionally in the afternoons and on weekends for events.
