Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for ensuring that effective oversight and application of programmatic services is provided in our Housing First approach to homelessness. This position is expected to provide a high level of expertise, guidance and consultation in the areas of direct client care, community relationships/partnerships and supervision of personnel and contract management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Program Manager is responsible for day to- day operations, property management, program outcomes and reporting as well as administrative and contract management functions. They will be expected to conduct trainings on evidence-based interventions effective with a vulnerable homeless population. Have knowledge of Veteran services including fair housing laws
