Main Areas of Responsibility:
Project Manager oversees and implements the direct services of a new program to
expand and enhance our CASA program to specifically target foster children and their families where child abuse or
neglect has occurred related to caregiver addiction. The program manager will be responsible for hiring and training program staff, developing and implementing policies, processes, and activities to deliver new services, and achieving project goals, objectives, activities, and timelines.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develop and provide advocacy, mentoring, and support services to parents. Develop, lead, and/or participate in partnerships and collaborations to use local data to identify and address the most pressing local needs for child crime victims from families with addiction issues. Provide coaching, guidance, supervision, support, mentoring, and develop staff to ensure quality advocacy services. Assign new volunteers to foster children, with orientation to their cases and the court system, etc. on an ongoing basis.
