Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of COPE activities under a recently awarded $4M five-year CDC REACH grant to achieve three strategies:
1) increasing access to healthy food and beverage options
2) strengthening community-clinic linkages
3.) increasing physical activity

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The PM will supervise teams that primarily focus on Diné food systems strengthening and may take on additional program areas depending on funding. The PM will work closely with other managers/teams to coordinate activities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Program Manager must understand the CDC REACH proposal and timeline. S/he will work in partnership with the REACH Coalition and ensure that sustainability planning is prioritized by all coalition members. S/he will also ensure the dissemination of project findings regionally and locally.
