Main Areas of Responsibility:
Big Brothers Big Sisters seeks a Manager to oversee all aspects of Program Services: Customer Relations, Enrollment, and Match Support. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, evaluation and oversight of mentoring services.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and management experience.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Key skills: supervisory experience, innovative problem solver, excellent communicator, able to work independently, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
