Main Areas of Responsibility:
Supervises Residential Advocates including scheduling of staff. Provides and/or supports case management to meet resident needs. Monitors and develops case files. Ensures that documentation is current and meets requirements for licensing or grantors. Conducts intakes and orients new youth residents to the program. Works closely with and under the supervision of the Executive Director.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Experience working with at-risk and marginalized populations such as LGBTQ youth or youth experiencing homelessness. Experience and/or training in youth-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed care approaches. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make sound decisions independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Demonstrates healthy boundaries at all times.
