Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides oversight, management and daily implementation of Henderson House program. Utilizes evidence-based practices and knowledge specific to female veterans to ensure the effective achievement of goals and deliverables of the Henderson House.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Day-to-day supervision of program operations, Coordinates bi-weekly trainings and activities, Recruits, trains and supervises volunteers, Develop written educational materials, Conducts outreach in the community

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA/BS required. Documented successful experience may substitute for degree at 2 years=1 year education (assuming BA/BS is a 4 year degree). Minimum of 3 years’ successful experience in program implementation, community outreach, program reporting and/or training. Minimum 3 years experience working with trauma intervention or people experiencing homelessness. Strong organization, communication, interpersonal and team building skills needed. Word processing, spreadsheet and data management required.
