Program Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Manager will join the YWCA Team to manage the Providers Allied for Nutrition (PAN) program; a service for home daycare providers which reimburses providers for healthy food served and offers training on nutrition and obesity prevention in children.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Manages the staff and day to day activities of the state funded program including monthly claim reports, quarterly grant reports, and staff home visitation. Will work closely with the State Food and Nutrition Bureau and interact with State Background Clearance Unit and CYFD Safety.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
BA/BS required. Documented successful experience may substitute for degree at 2 years=1 year education (assuming BA/BS is 4 year degree). Documented 2-4 years successful experience in program management, staff supervision, and grant management. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task, commitment to YWCA mission. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
