Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversight of Self-Sufficiency, Outreach and new Care Team Programs. Supervise 4 employees in three different programs. Must have experience managing people and programs. Programs include a residential facility for adult men with onsite CSW and offsite CSW who works with homeless/near homeless adults and families; Outreach program with one case worker; Heading Home Care Team with one care worker. Ability to utilize best practices for programing under the direction of the Clinical Director.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work with Intake Coordinator in admitting new clients to department programs. Communicate with intake regarding the requirements and openings for each program, if has required licensure, will conduct diagnosis interviews for clients coming into the program. Formulate goals and track outcomes for funders.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum BA/BS in Psychology, Social Work or related field. Master level preferred.
At least 2 years of Management/Supervisory Experience. Must have successful record of managing employees.
At least 1 year of experience with adults with a chronic mental illness, chemical dependency and/or with homeless adults.
Bilingual helpful.
