Program Director (NM Faith Coalition for Immigrant Justice)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Act as the liaison with other entities involved in work with immigrants and immigrant justice,
• strategic planning, organizing and keeping major projects moving forward
• Act as the intake contact for direct service referrals
• Serve as the public face of the coalition

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinate communication between our allies and NMFCIJ
• actively coordinate and participate in outreach to churches and other faith communities
• Support and assist the active committees of the NMFCIJ

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Good organizational skills and effective in prioritizing and time management
• Bi-lingual (Spanish / English)
• Task oriented
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledgeable and passionate about social justice
• Experience working with the immigrant community is preferred
• Ability to engage in public speaking.
