Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Program Director II for the Refugee & Asylee Programs serves as a representative for the programs and agency to a broad array of constituencies including government entities, partner organizations and the community at large. Directs the development and implementation of multiple programming initiatives, including core services, specialized/intensive services, and community economic development programming.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Leads programs personnel in ensuring quality service provision and fostering efficient program operations.
Serves as principle representative to government entities, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS), service providers, other partners and the community at Represents Lutheran Family Services on business, government and community committees and collaboratives.
Oversees case management and health navigation programs, ensuring quality services delivery and contractual compliance.
