Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for all aspects of planning, implementing and managing the High School Equivalency Program (HEP) funded under the U.S. Department of Education, including achievement of all deliverables, compliance with all federal, state and college fiscal requirements, and coordination with existing adult education programs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position plans and implements all program initiatives, participates in the generation of the program resources and the design and development of the programs operating goals, objectives, and protocols. This position will supervise assigned staff, inclusive of the oversight of recruitment activities that aim to serve eligible migrant workers/students.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required:
 Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Education, Business Administration, Sociology and/or related field plus five (5) years of progressive experience and a proven track record in staff supervision, fiscal management, curriculum review and development, instruction, working and a managing a multicultural population inclusive of experience in working with adult and youth migrant and/or seasonal farmworkers.
