Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Director of Education and Opportunity (Santa Fe) serves as a Subject Matter Expert to the Foundation’s Educational Success and Career Pathways Area of Interest (AOI) and oversees all aspects of Opportunity Santa Fe: Birth to Career. Oversight includes strategic planning, project management, community organizing, grantmaking, communication, resource development and data evaluation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Director of Education and Opportunity (Santa Fe) will also oversee AmeriCorps VISTAs and Collaborative Working groups and support SFCF education grantmaking.

Salary range: $64,000 - $68,000 plus benefits.
