Main Areas of Responsibility:
–Oversee daily operations of the summer program with support from the Site Directors.
–Interview, hire, train, and supervise program faculty and staff.
–Meet with the host school leads to schedule and create detailed plans for the summer.
–Collaborate with Site Directors
–Oversee year-round Power Up Academy.
–Coordinate student transportation
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Experienced educator and administrator with a Bachelor's in Education. Over 5 years in program management, preferably in nonprofits. Strong in curriculum development, leadership, and team facilitation. Proficient in budgeting, program evaluation, and communication. Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility in working with diverse groups. Culturally competent.
