Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Director will work as part of the Program Administration Team and shares, with a second Program Director, the responsibility for: The development, implementation, TQS compliance, supervision and support of the CIS school-based Site Coordinator Program; CIS data management system, data collection, and data reporting. In addition, this position serves as a liaison with Santa Fe Public Schools, community partners and other organizations.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration, education, or related field required, Master's preferred
5 years minimum non-profit management and direct supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience in cultural and social emotional competency
