Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Communities In Schools (CIS) seeks a full-time Program Director who will work as part of the Program Administration Team, which consists of the Executive Director, Program Directors and Operations Director. This role will share the responsibility for: development, implementation, supervision, and support of the Site Coordinator Program; and data management system. Serve as a liaison with Santa Fe Public Schools and community partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Master of Social Work or comparable degree with clinical experience
5 years non-profit management, direct supervisory experience
Highly proficient in data management systems to include high level analysis, training and generating reports
Demonstrated experience in cultural & social emotional competency
Capacity to be flexible working in a changing, fast paced environment
Strategic, critical thinking & problem solving skills

Other Information/Requirements: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Prezi, and Microsoft Office Suite
Spanish Bilingual preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team and individually
