Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure the successful delivery of Transitional Living Program operations, including case load management, client facilitation and interaction

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Participate in the hire, training and supervision of Transitional Living Program staff, ensuring clear understanding of job requirements and obligations
• Oversee and monitor contract compliance including data collection and file audits and completion of program reporting requirements
• Manage external relations with individuals, institutions and agencies, funding and referral sources and other community groups

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field and two to four years relevant experience or equivalent, including experience with in-crisis, runaway and homeless youth and experience preparing youth to transition into independence
• Must be able to work non-traditional work hours including evening, some weekend and overnight hours to meet the needs of a residential program
• Participate in the emergency on-call system
