Main Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure the successful delivery of Transitional Living Program operations, including case load management, client facilitation and interaction
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Participate in the hire, training and supervision of Transitional Living Program staff, ensuring clear understanding of job requirements and obligations
• Oversee and monitor contract compliance including data collection and file audits and completion of program reporting requirements
• Manage external relations with individuals, institutions and agencies, funding and referral sources and other community groups
