Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Director will implement the programs of the Institute, and work with the Executive Director to establish new programs, further develop and document existing programs, work with the development office to fund programs, and work with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to strategically plan the programmatic work of the Institute.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree and five years related experience required
Non-Profit experience required
Fluent Bilingual (Spanish) required
Fundraising experience, specifically grant planning and writing, is strongly encouraged
Comfortable with public speaking
Demonstrated problem solving and people skills
High accuracy in work, attention to detail and thoroughness
Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
