Program Coordinator (Supported Position)

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supported position available for a Program Coordinator to work closely with
Faith Comes By Hearing’s field partners in facilitating Scripture recordings using various tools and strategies; encourages, promotes, and facilitates Scripture use and engagement.

**A supported position is one that requires the staff member to raise their own financial support and be an employee with another ministry who is then seconded to Faith Comes By Hearing**

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Monitor and coordinate language recording activities and partnerships within assigned region.
2. Collaborate with others to determine, prioritize, and execute recording projects.
3. Ensure data tracking process, record keeping, and financial tracking are properly updated and maintained.
4. Maintain fundraising status according to Wycliffe USA standards.
5. Speak on behalf of partnerships and programs at regional events.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Missions-minded with a heart for reaching all people with the Word of God
• 1-3 years of project management/coordination experience
• 1-3 years of ministry experience in the field within the country/region of responsibility
• 1 year demonstrated successful cross-cultural living experience
• Bachelor’s degree in pertinent field or relevant equivalent life experience (e.g. linguistics, international studies, etc.)

How to Apply: 

Flexible work schedule and work location. May be based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, within the U.S., or in-country as part of a shared assignment with local entity. Requires 2-3 trips annually to Albuquerque for training and ongoing training and updates. Countries/Regions of Need: Asia, including Myanmar, China, Indonesia, Vietnam; Central Asia, and West Asia; and the Middle East
