Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Coordinator will help with coordination of the WIOA Programs and the supervision of staff in the Socorro and Sierra surrounding areas. Will assist with keeping the programs in compliance with the grants and contracts; will ensure program goals and objectives are met on a timely manner and will be responsible for coordinating outreach and representation of HELP-New Mexico in the community.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and at least 3+ years work experience in accounting, budget program management, and/or financial management, supervisory skills. Bachelor’s Degree may be substituted by 7 years of experience.
