Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for assisting the Center for Educational Opportunity & Career Pathways Director in coordinating administrative tasks and organizational leadership, such as handling office and program-related duties, including higher level spreadsheet tracking, student registration and testing. Test proctoring and student data entry required by the state requires an attention to detail and an ability to seek out and incorporate training into your workflow.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required; plus three years minimum experience in administrative/coordinating or supervisory experience required; advanced in MS Office and/or Google Suites and strong organizational and communication skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
