Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise and facilitate art- and community-based therapeutic groups and open community art studio. Will supervise staff, monitor budget, gather data and write funder reports. Experience in program administration, program evaluation, grant reporting and staff supervision.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in social services or art-related field with 3 years experience in an art organization, community art therapy program or social services-related field; minimum of 2 years in management experience supervising employees and budget responsibility. Comfort with own art-marking ability and experience with diverse art-making materials. Prior work experience with people with chronic mental illness, substance use or underserved populations preferred.
