Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise and facilitate art and community based therapeutic groups and open community art studio, supervise staff, monitor budget, gather data and write funders' reports. Experience in program administration, program evaluation, grant reporting, staff supervision.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requires bachelor’s degree in social services or art-related field; 3 years' experience in art organization, community art therapy program or social services-related field, minimum of 2 years' in management experience supervising employees and budget responsibilities. Comfort with own art-making ability and experience with diverse art-making materials. Prior work experience with people with chronic mental illness, substance use or underserved populations preferred.
