Main Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate all program activity, including but not limited to, class/educator confirmations; volunteer confirmations; volunteer/educator introductions and matches; and stewardship communication. Manage all program database and paper records. Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, educators, school administrators and the community-at-large.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist in the recruitment of educators and program volunteer.
Assist with planning and coordination of events.
Maintain understanding of educational products.
Order, distribute, and maintain inventory of all program materials.
Assure program quality through educator and volunteer stewardship.
