Main Areas of Responsibility:
Work under the general supervision of Compliance Supervisor and acts as liaison between the Regional Offices and the Quality Assurance Manager and ensures accuracy and timeliness in the submission of documentation pertaining to participants as well as for expenses for the Division.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• A HS diploma, or GED, an associate’s degree in social work or similar type degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative setting.
• Maintain database & spreadsheet files
• Able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
• Compose confidential documents
• Ability to cooperate with multiple levels of authority and, at times, competing agendas
