Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Program Associate’s primary responsibility is to assist and support First Nations’ Stewarding Native Lands projects which include event coordination, onsite visits, grant communications, consultant agreements, monitoring deliverables, performing data entry in the Airtable project management platform, and organizing and maintaining program files.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Assist with on and off-site conferences and convenings:
-Site selection, site logistics, guest travel, registration, catering and evaluation collection
-PowerPoint, webinars, and training curriculum
-Written materials
-Administrative follow-up
• Maintain excellent relations and communications with co-workers, partners, grantees, and stakeholders
• Frequent travel may be required

$38,400 - $57,600
