Main Areas of Responsibility:
1.Obtains basic, preliminary information from clients who phone/walk-in, and provides information and referrals to clients.
2.Works on data entry, prepares statistical reports, and, files necessary documents in a timely manner.
3.Schedules clients and reviews client accounts.
4.Respond appropriately to the cultural differences present among the Agency’s service population.
5.Complete all other duties as assigned.
