Program Assistant (Santa Fe-32 hrs.)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

1.Obtains basic, preliminary information from clients who phone/walk-in, and provides information and referrals to clients.
2.Works on data entry, prepares statistical reports, and, files necessary documents in a timely manner.
3.Schedules clients and reviews client accounts.
4.Respond appropriately to the cultural differences present among the Agency’s service population.
5.Complete all other duties as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High school diploma plus 2 years of experience in clerical work required.
Basic computer competency in MS Office and Windows and ability to type at a minimum of 55 words per minute required.
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to relate to the public
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
