Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Assistant is responsible for maintaining and entering data into the organization’s data management system, manage and maintain effective record keeping; organize files, produce reports; retrieve data as requested; perform regular backup and security database activities; and capture data in a timely and accurate manner.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Assistant will provide general administrative support, including making copies, scanning documents, and assisting with scheduling rooms for meetings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position prefers an AA degree in related field. A HS Diploma or equivalent; 3 years of data entry experience; advanced knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel; a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed; proficient touch typing skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and Bilingual English/Spanish required.
