Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with preparation of client cases & provide referrals to community resources; Obtain basic preliminary information; work on data entry & prepare reports as necessary; files necessary documentation; Utilizes a web-based case management system to scan/upload documents. Maintains and monitors electronic case files. Translates documents (Spanish to English).
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must have a strong interest in helping others and ability to respond to cultural differences present among the Agency’s service population. Handles confidential information.
