Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for providing daily administrative support such as answering phones and emails, filing and managing schedules or special events, maintaining office calendars and sending out reminders of impending appointments,

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assists in the creation of promotional materials or informational mailings, generates reports detailing the status of programs or projects, and acts as liaison between different departments. HS diploma or equivalent required, 2 years of administrative experience or relevant office experience required, strong organizational and communication skills.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, exhibits ability to multitask on a regular basis, pays close attention to detail, possesses excellent phone etiquette, intermediate computer competency in MS Office and Windows required. Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and handle high-volume workload. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
