Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for providing daily administrative support such as answering phones and emails, filing and managing schedules or special events, maintaining office calendars and sending out reminders of impending appointments,
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assists in the creation of promotional materials or informational mailings, generates reports detailing the status of programs or projects, and acts as liaison between different departments. HS diploma or equivalent required, 2 years of administrative experience or relevant office experience required, strong organizational and communication skills.
