Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Utilizes a web-based case management system to scan/upload documents
• Maintains and monitors electronic case files
• Screens clients in person and over the phone in Spanish
• Records phone calls in Spanish and maintains phone logs
• Responsible for filing, copying, mailing
• Translates documents (Spanish to English)
• Monitors and orders office supplies

Must have a strong interest in helping others and ability to respond to cultural differences present among the Agency’s service population. Handles confidential information.
