Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Bridge SW Location:
**Responsible for obtaining basic preliminary information from immigration clients and preparing cases for filing with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services under supervision of an attorney.
**Copies and translates documents, prepares statistical reports and files necessary documents.
**Schedules clients and reviews client legal cases for VAWA, U visas, battered spouse waivers and other domestic violence/sexual assault-related immigration processes.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Qualifications:
**High school diploma plus two years of experience in clerical work required.
**Associates degree required for entry level.
**Bilingual English/Spanish required.
**Working experience with low-income immigrants/refugees and/or social work involving domestic violence/sexual assault situations is preferred. Handles confidential information.

Other Information/Requirements: 

**High school diploma or GED equivalent
**AA or BA strongly preferred
**Proficiency in MS, Outlook, Excel required
**Demonstrated aptitude to use computer/internet-based systems.

Pay range starts at $11.80.
