Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Albuquerque Council for International Visitors (ACIV) is seeking to fill a part time position to assist with the International Visitors Leadership Program and other related ACIV activities. Primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining databases, assembling welcome packets and other materials, keeping office inventory, answering the phone, mailings to members, assisting in making logistical arrangements for visitors, and event planning and support.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Required
-Experience creating and updating databases
-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
-Professional and welcoming telephone manner.
-Flexible about performing other administrative duties assigned, such as keeping inventory of office materials, putting together welcome packets for visitors, or meeting and escorting visitors to their appointments.
Preferred
-Some knowledge of CRM systems and WordPress
-Enjoys putting together events and attending events
