Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assist and support the NM CASA Network Program Director in all aspects of operating the NM CASA Network. Including:
• prepare, edit and deliver presentations, reports, general correspondence, communications and other brand-raising documents/materials
• update and maintain data collection and analysis efforts and trainings
• provide initial and ongoing technical support for local CASA programs statewide in data collection software and national standards compliance
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• provide logistical support and coordination for trainings, meetings, site visits, conferences and events
• attend a variety of meetings to record, transcribe and distribute information as needed
• assist in conducting in-person site visits; includes state-wide travel
• other duties as assigned
