Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Interact with clients via phone and in the office, both for client intake and case followup
• Keep call and financial records using existing office data systems
• Supervise office and manage client cases when Director is absent
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Attend and assist with occasional fundraising and community events
• Assist with documentation and reimbursement for specific services
• Audit, add to and correct existing data in databases
• Draft simple financial reports
• Organize files and supplies
• Attend occasional community or board meetings
