Main Areas of Responsibility:
Utilizes a web-based case management system to scan/upload documents. Maintains and monitors electronic case files. Screens clients in person and over the phone in Spanish. Records phone calls in Spanish and maintains phone logs. Responsible for filing, copying, mailing. Translates documents (Spanish to English). Monitors and orders office supplies.

Must have a strong interest in helping others and ability to respond to cultural differences present among the Agency’s service population. Handles confidential information. This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; AA or BA preferred; Proficiency in MS, Outlook, Excel required as well as a demonstrated aptitude to use computer/internet-based systems. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to relate to the public; Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
