Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for successfully executing and supporting daily programming operations of the BFF and CASA Initiatives to further our mission and ensure adherence to the values of NMCAN by:
• Planning and coordinating logistical support for trainings, meetings, events and travel
• Collecting, assembling and updating data and conducting surveys for various reports
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Prepare and edit reports, general correspondence, communications, presentations and other brand-raising documents/materials
• Attend a variety of meetings to record, transcribe and distribute information as needed
• Assist with standards compliance
