Program Assistant

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for successfully executing and supporting daily programming operations of the BFF and CASA Initiatives to further our mission and ensure adherence to the values of NMCAN by:
• Planning and coordinating logistical support for trainings, meetings, events and travel
• Collecting, assembling and updating data and conducting surveys for various reports

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Prepare and edit reports, general correspondence, communications, presentations and other brand-raising documents/materials
• Attend a variety of meetings to record, transcribe and distribute information as needed
• Assist with standards compliance

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Two to five years of directly-related experience preferably working in a nonprofit capacity. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted, as long as it directly relates to the essential duties and responsibilities. Excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills are required.
