Main Areas of Responsibility:
Utilizes a web-based case management system to scan/upload documents. Maintains and monitors electronic case files. Screens clients in person and over the phone in Spanish. Records phone calls in Spanish and maintains phone logs. Responsible for filing, copying, mailing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Translates documents (Spanish to English). Monitors and orders office supplies. Must have a strong interest in helping others and ability to respond to cultural differences present among the Agency’s service population. Handles confidential information. Pay range is from $21K to $30K per yr., DOE.
